Hi, I’m Annie!
I’m a professional photographer, the owner of Portraits by Annie, and a mom of six. With over a decade behind the camera, photography has become deeply personal to me.
Some of my favorite subjects have always been my own children. I love creating timeless, classic portraits of them—both indoors and outdoors—and preserving the little details and stages of childhood that pass far too quickly.
That same love for photography is what I bring to my students. From complete beginners to more advanced young photographers, I meet each child where they are, helping them build confidence, understand their camera, and discover their own creative style.
My goal is to help each student develop real photography skills while learning to create images that feel meaningful and uniquely their own.

Already have a camera? We’ll start right where they are and build from there.
Your child doesn’t need to arrive knowing what kind of photographer they want to become. The first lessons give us time to explore their interests, discover what excites them, and find the right place to begin.
From their very first photograph to more advanced skills, I’ll help guide them along the way.
